Great hotel at great location, service was good and professional. It would be great to improve to make it perfect: 1. Please forbidden smoking at the lobby area. 2. Increase the water pressure of shower. (East Wing) 3. please check the flowers putting in the room, we found worms at the backside of flower leaves.

Great hotel but still has opportunity to improve
Great hotel location, very good breakfast buffet as usual, free room upgrade was very nice. The only concern was the noise from the street reducing the quality of our sleep (our room was at the West Wing, 1st Floor).

nice hotel but still have potential to be better
1. Free room upgrade and late check-out service were great, but the room was close to the street, so the noise from cars and motorbikes reduced the quality of sleep. As a five star hotel, the soundproofing of the room still needs to be upgraded. 2. The breakfast buffet is very good as before, please keep on the good work!! 3. check-out service needs to be improved. I gave out my key and wait for mini-bar checking, but the reception was distracted by other customers; after other 2 customers left, I was still standing there waiting, and when I asked her if everything is set again, she just realized and said yes I was set. It was not a five star hotel check-out experience.

2018/9/28 胡志明市Rex Hotel 一早拖行李過來，服務親切，還有迎賓專區及果汁，不愧是五星級。 469房裝潢夠新，古典風格，羽絨枕頭，棉被上選，床墊軟硬適中，蓮蓬頭水量夠大，Kohler 浴缸全尺寸，空調夠冷，早餐豐盛好吃。

レックススイートを予約し宿泊したが、部屋の詳細内容と写真は、全く信用出来ない。とにかく全ての設備が古い。 詳細にシティービューの記載があるが、実際は中庭ビューで窓が信じられないくらい小さい。窓を空けると鳩が一杯で臭い。 バスタブも無くシャワールーム（写真ではバスタブあり）のみ。シャワールームからは、水漏れが多くトイレ廻りがびしょびしょになる。シャワーの水圧は、かなり弱い。 テラスも無い（写真ではテラスあり）。 テレビもベッドルームにあり、リビングからは一応見えるが、超見にくい。 掃除も行き届いていない。床の清掃は無く、シーツの交換もない。５泊したが、ただシーツを元に戻しただけ。 備え付けのコーヒーカップを使用したが、洗わずに元あった場所に交換したかの様に置かれていた。 アメニティーも日によって補充されたり、されなかったり。 ホテルのルーフバーに行ってみたが、披露宴へやっていて別のルーフバーがあると案内された。座ると何もビューが見えず、フェンス際に立つと外が見えるが、となりの壁しか見えない。 極めつけは部屋清掃の後、部屋が開けっ放しになっていた。マジ最悪。 全く、おすすめ出来ないホテル。 ただ、場所は良い。

ドンコイ通り沿い、オペラハウスの近隣にあるホテルで立地は最高です。シャネル、ルブタン等の店舗も入ってます。Grabを使う、使わない距離に中央郵便局や聖マリア教会があります。スタッフ、ドアマンの気遣いは高いと感じました。特にチェックアウト後の観光、スーツケース受け取り時に汗をかいたので着替えを相談したところ、5F プールのロッカー、シャワーをお借りできました。35℃前後での観光であり、着替えができリフレッシュしてフライトに入れたのは嬉しかったです。
