I would like to express our deepest gratitude to a restaurant staff, a pleasant girl wearing a white shirt ( unfortunately I didn’t ask her name) who bring me a Vietnamese coffee every morning:) The house keeping was so good such that we enjoyed every night here. The room service did never let us down. Delicious and not too expensive ( of course we could have cheaper foods through Grab, but not good quality every time)! We will definitely reconsider this resort again and not hesitate to recommend to all others:)"

"Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days. Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced due to hotel not securing their room reservation commitment!!"
