We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay and have this property saved in our favorites (we visit Anna Maria at least once a year). Office was very quick to respond to any and all issues. Pool was amazing as was the overall outdoor space, Home is in a great location and met all of our needs (3 couples).

Very happy with our stay!

Place had everything we needed from beach chairs, toys, rafts, and even extra trash bags. Very happy with our stay, Sea Breeze did excellent. Only suggestion for people coming, prepare for mosquitoes. I got my daily limit by 9 am, there are a lot.

Excellent Stay!

Carefree Cottage is a must stay at vacation house. It has everything you could possibly want or need. It is located a block from the beach, and the restaurants and shopping areas are very accessible and within walking distance. We love this house and will continue to use it.

Carefree Cottage was absolutely beautiful!

Carefree Cottage was absolutely beautiful. Had everything there we would need. Spotless!!! Amenities we're amazing. Lots of pool items and beach items. Pool was so inviting and the lighting around the pool was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. We had a situation with a palm tree and high wires and maintenance came immediately calling the proper people to handle the situation. Communication was above and beyond. Kept in touch by texting and accommodating and informative. We would definitely recommend Seabreeze and stay at Carefree Cottage again. Thank you

Beautiful home! Bedrooms do get very warm but each room had a portable fan. Great location! Close to beach and close to restaurants.

Coastal Retreat

Carefree Cottage is a beautiful and unique property. We stayed with our family for spring break and had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach and to shops and restaurants can't be beat. We loved spending time at the house and enjoying the outside space and pool. SeaBreeze was also great about communicating and made check-in and check-out very easy.

The Carefree Cottage was fantastic!

The Carefree Cottage was fantastic! Great back yard for relaxing. The house is very cozy. My family loved it. Only feedback is regarding the AC...it couldn't be set below 70 for an extended period of time so bedrooms did tend to get a little hot at night but other than that things were fantastic! Would definitely rent again!

Awesome team

Carefree Cottage is an absolute gem of a property and the Seabreeze team is awesome to work with. The outdoor area for poolside lounging or shaded TV watching is beautiful. The house was meticulously maintained and very comfortable, and the location is perfect--very short walk to the beach. We loved it so much that before we left the island we booked two more vacation stays at Carefree! Thank you Seabreeze!!

Everything at this house was perfect!

What a wonderful experience from the time we stepped foot into this beautiful house. House was beautiful had everything and more that we would have needed to cook and entertain ! Pool is wonderful. Everything about this house was just perfect. Can't wait to book my vacation for next year. I can see this as being an annual trip. There were 2 couples and would had room for a third. Just awesome !!! Loved the place

Carefree Cottage is a gem! The backyard pool and TV area are perfect--my husband can't be out in the sun, so he's able to sit in shade and watch TV while I do my basking in the sun by the pool!

The home is truly a tropical paradise!

The home is truly a tropical paradise. It was exactly as described on the website. Seabreeze Vacations provided everything that was needed to start off your vacation, trash bags, kitchen detergents, paper and body essentials. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary equipment and even had a slow cooker. We were there with another couple and had a fantastic time and never needed anything. We felt extremely comfortable in the rental and plan to book all of our AnnaMaria vacations with Seabreeze Vacations as they truly care about their customers needs!
