    Newly renovated Coconut Cottage is a dream vacation home located one block to the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. Our ranch style single family home is the perfect beach retreat. Step inside and feel the beachy inspiration in the decor, with muted blues, greens and yellows and artistic touches throughout.

    Your family will love the easy living design with a counter seating at the oversized kitchen island, a separate dining room with a table for six, and cozy living room with relaxing views and access to the backyard oasis.

    Each of the three bedrooms features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. One of the bedrooms has a sliding door with access to the backyard and pool. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

    The highlight of the tropically landscaped backyard is the sparkling heated pool and spa surrounded by pool loungers and Adirondack chairs. The backyard is sure to please with a 3-hole putting green, corn hole and outdoor shower. For outdoor dining at the patio table for six, a gas grill is provided.

    Tote your beach chairs, umbrella and towels to the beach in the beach wagon. We've also included a cooler.

    Coconut Cottage is located in Holmes Beach and is a short walk to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Our family has vacationed at Anna Maria every summer for 25 years. We agreed this was the best house we’ve rented. It’s close to the beach and furnished very well. It’s close to shops, and a short trip over to Longboat to a couple of our favorite restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is precious with plenty of space and the backyard was so much fun. The guys stayed on the putting green all the time while we floated in the pool. The beach was close. We were a golf cart ride away from all of the shops and restaurants. I would totally rent here again. If I had to give any constructive criticism, it would be that the backyard furniture is cute and I’m sure it’s weather resistant, but it’s hard as a rock. After piling up several layers of beach towels it was ok and it’d be nice to add a few hooks in the bathrooms. One good thing to know is there was absolutely no reason for us to bring our own beach towels or beach chairs because what was provided was perfectly nice.

Perfect House

Great location, very short walk to beach. Straight shot across Gulf drive which wasn't busy at all. Beach wagon and chairs were in great condition. House is huge and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Turf in the backyard really cut down on the mosquitos. Had an amazing time and will be booking this house for our annual beach trip from now on.

Location was perfect

Very happy with our stay. We needed a few extra towels and they brought them right away. The neighborhood was very close to a great beach. Not a lot to walk to close by, but it was perfect for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The best was the items for the beach and pool. Plenty of chairs, a beach cart and pool toys. Just what we needed. Would stay again.

Backyard Oasis

We loved our stay at Coconut Cottage. Each couple having their own king size bed and bathroom was a game changer for my family. The pool and hot tub was exceptional since the weather was a little too cold to get in the gulf.The guys loved the putting green too. We also loved the location and how close we were to the beach. Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything you need for a week at the beach was provided. Top-notch management firm as well. Had a minor issue with the door lock (just needed batteries) and they responded almost immediately. Highly recommend!!

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cottage. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Pool was nice but kept too warm. A couple of suggestions would be to put a ceiling fan outside under the covered patio area and to put mirrors in the bedrooms. The only mirrors are in the bathrooms. These could easily be hung or attached to the back of each bedroom door. There were plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the tile in each shower.

Couldn't be better!

Cannot say enough good things about this cottage. First of all, it was absolutely immaculate. Well supplied with kitchen items, towels, beach towels, etc. the yard and the pool are just gorgeous. we struggled to find a place with three bedrooms for adults (i.e., not one with bunkbeds) and this was just ideal. We had one little glitch with the washing machine and it was resolved within hours. Also, impressed with how little we had to do for check out. Just a great place to stay, super convenient location, the beach was literally steps away. We will definitely be back!

Close to beach. Very nice large pool with heated hot tub. Also enjoyed putting green, cornhole and lawn chairs. House is recently renovated so in good condition and clean. Basic supplies like soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissues and paper towels were provided. Kitchen was functional with new appliances. Furniture was comfortable. TV's nice with multiple streaming options. Beds were VERY firm and some smaller foam pillows would be good additions. Air conditioning was a little undersized. Enjoyed our stay.

Die schönste Zeit

Wir sind aus Deutschland angereist und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier auf AMI. Das Cottage war wunderschön und sehr sauber gepflegt. Die Betten alle drei sehr gemütlich wir haben super geschlafen. 2 Minuten zum Strand. Die Outdoor Dusche war perfekt nach einem Strandtag. die Kids hatten sehr viel Spaß! Pool Equipment war auch vorhanden.wir kommen definitiv wieder!.als Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich mir einen wäscheständer gewünscht. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen, haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank allen Mitarbeiter auch an das hauskeeping, die Gärtner, poolboy!!
