    Details:
    Newly renovated Coconut Cottage is a dream vacation home located one block to the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. Our ranch style single family home is the perfect beach retreat. Step inside and feel the beachy inspiration in the decor, with muted blues, greens and yellows and artistic touches throughout.

    Your family will love the easy living design with a counter seating at the oversized kitchen island, a separate dining room with a table for six, and cozy living room with relaxing views and access to the backyard oasis.

    Each of the three bedrooms features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. One of the bedrooms has a sliding door with access to the backyard and pool. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

    The highlight of the tropically landscaped backyard is the sparkling heated pool and spa surrounded by pool loungers and Adirondack chairs. The backyard is sure to please with a 3-hole putting green, corn hole and outdoor shower. For outdoor dining at the patio table for six, a gas grill is provided.

    Tote your beach chairs, umbrella and towels to the beach in the beach wagon. We've also included a cooler.

    Coconut Cottage is located in Holmes Beach and is a short walk to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

The house was just as the pictures looked. Clean, tropical and so comfortable. The backyard was a true getaway and the walk to the beach was remarkably quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and to stay there again.

The home was just as pictured. It was very clean and the backyard was perfect for our group with two young children. The home is a very short walk to the beach and the property came equipped with a beach wagon, umbrella, several chairs, and a rolling cooler, which was so convenient. Our groups’s only real complaint was the loud construction right next door, which started very early in the morning the entire week and of which we were not informed prior to our stay. One other small complaint - most of the dishes were not microwave safe, which made heating food for the kids a little challenging. Overall, a great stay!

Amazing vacation rental! The property looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was close to the beach, food and shopping. We can't wait to book our next vacation here!

Walking distance to beach was perfect. The house is clean, cute and well appointed. The communication with rental agency and owner was clear and prompt. My family truly enjoyed their time at the house. The restaurants in the area have lots of great choices to select. Only suggestions would be an additional ice maker, as the freezer’s production was limited for 4 adults. Also, hooks in the bathrooms for wet bathing suits and towels would be a nice addition.

The property was everything that we hoped it would be, perhaps a bit more. Well stocked, all king beds with ensuite bathrooms, which was very desirable for our party. The location allowed us to walk and bike to virtually every place we wanted to go to. It's proximity and access to the beach was perfect. The next time we come to the island, we will certainly look to see if this place is available.

Absolutely awesome!

Our family has vacationed at Anna Maria every summer for 25 years. We agreed this was the best house we’ve rented. It’s close to the beach and furnished very well. It’s close to shops, and a short trip over to Longboat to a couple of our favorite restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect House

Great location, very short walk to beach. Straight shot across Gulf drive which wasn't busy at all. Beach wagon and chairs were in great condition. House is huge and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Turf in the backyard really cut down on the mosquitos. Had an amazing time and will be booking this house for our annual beach trip from now on.

Super cute house, close to beach, everything you need for the beach! Great customer service, friendly answered any question I had and quickly. Only thing I have to say is the one room with sliding door to patio gets a bit warm, but there were extra fans in the closet. Would definitely stay there again!!

Location was perfect

Very happy with our stay. We needed a few extra towels and they brought them right away. The neighborhood was very close to a great beach. Not a lot to walk to close by, but it was perfect for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The best was the items for the beach and pool. Plenty of chairs, a beach cart and pool toys. Just what we needed. Would stay again.

Backyard Oasis

We loved our stay at Coconut Cottage. Each couple having their own king size bed and bathroom was a game changer for my family. The pool and hot tub was exceptional since the weather was a little too cold to get in the gulf.The guys loved the putting green too. We also loved the location and how close we were to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay. The house is precious with plenty of space and the backyard was so much fun. The guys stayed on the putting green all the time while we floated in the pool. The beach was close. We were a golf cart ride away from all of the shops and restaurants. I would totally rent here again. If I had to give any constructive criticism, it would be that the backyard furniture is cute and I’m sure it’s weather resistant, but it’s hard as a rock. After piling up several layers of beach towels it was ok and it’d be nice to add a few hooks in the bathrooms. One good thing to know is there was absolutely no reason for us to bring our own beach towels or beach chairs because what was provided was perfectly nice.
