Great Property / Dishwasher Issues

Property and location were great. Dishwasher did not work when we got there and it took the property manager until two days prior to our departure to get it fixed. Pretty big inconvenience since we had a large group.

Spring break at the Tiki Beach

The Tiki Beach rental is a true gem that offers an exceptional beach vacation experience. The house is well maintained, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe. The property's prime location, just a short walk down to the beach, was very convenient. The management company is top-notch and ensured we had everything we need during our stay. One of the highlights of the Tiki Beach was the pool area, which is simply amazing. The pool and hut tub are well-maintained, and the surrounding area is beautifully landscaped and decorated with a cozy couch, lounge chairs, dining table with chairs and a tv, providing a relaxing environment to unwind and soak up the sun. The property is well-stocked with cooking essentials and towels, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy the time at the house. During our stay, we were able to comfortably accommodate 3 families, thanks to the property's ample space. The pictures of the property online do not do it justice as the Tiki Beach house is even more stunning in person. We would definitely stay at this property again.
