Beautiful Beach House

Great that house was right on the beach, they are hard to find! Love early morning & late night walks. House setup is great for family of all adults that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Beautiful beach décor & vibe throughout the house, makes you really enjoy the vacation. Will return.

Beautifully appointed home right on the beach with amazing sunsets. Only advice would be to upgrade mattresses and pillows with pillow protectors. We certainly would come back to this home

Family vacation

We absolutely love this house the location is amazing. Being on the beach is very nice for the family especially with small children. Having the pool to get in when coming off the beach is so refreshing. No complaints at all! The only thing we needed a few more towels and the dryer needs to be serviced. Thank you for having us. Hopefully we can return for another stay.

Great Vacation

I want to start by saying that I would recommend this house. I also want to mention some things that I wish I had known. This house is very close to public access. This did cause a little issue if you didn’t get up early and go put chairs down. There were a few issues with cleanliness. I don’t blame anyone but the cleaning crew for this. We called about how rough the pool was and they had someone there within an hour or so. Overall a good place.

Incredible is an understatement!

Our recent vacation at this home was nothing short of spectacular. The house was perfect in every way. Nestled right on the beach, the location couldn't have been better. We were captivated by the incredible views of both sunsets and sunrises, which we enjoyed from the back decks. The covered pool and hot tub were a delightful bonus, providing a serene setting to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The house itself was spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured restful nights. The water pressure was the best we've ever experienced in a rental, making showers a pleasure. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, whether we were cooking a meal or grilling. The only minor challenge was the driveway, which could be a bit tricky to navigate with a large SUV, but it was manageable. Our vacation was perfect, especially for our three little kids who made unforgettable memories. We will absolutely stay at here again. It was worth every penny for its prime location and breathtaking views. Highly recommend!

Big Problems WIth Property Management Availability

Beautiful house. Great location. The property management really failed in our case. While the central VACASA numbers eventually would respond, they could never be effective. They would punt things to the local team without a local team ever responding even for relatively urgent issues - for days! Also, some issues with cleanliness. House was clean. Many dishes were not. The outdoor was not cleaned. The pool was clearly dirty with plastic bag and empty water bottled and a dirty towel. The pool service came on one day before our last day - unannounced. Just walked in and started cleaning the pool with us in it without even a word! It was very strange and not what you expect when you pay this much for the home. Also, the air conditioning was not working properly. We were not notified. ON the 3rd day a AC service came and was there for 7 hours without prewiring even though the service people indicated that it was supposed to have been repaired the week beforehand. We stayed close by as they needed access to the house twice for the repair. Worst part, wrong key codes to get in house - only got in because of arriving when cleaning service leaving on first day. VACASA never responded effectively by any method until the 3rd day. Then when we got locked out the 5th day (key code stopped working), no response. We had to scale the house and get in through the 2nd floor deck. No response from VACASA until today - 1 day after checkout that they will "take care of it."

Family Vacay

Great house at a great location on the beach! We enjoyed long days on the sand and in the surf. Could even walk to pub at Lifeguard Stand on the beach for afternoon refreshments. We will definitely look to book here again. Miss AMI already!

Amazing Beach House!

We had an amazing week staying at Wine Down. Love that 3 of the 4 bedrooms have king size beds and all bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. Lots of space inside and out and only steps to the beach. Great pool and hot tub. Plenty of beach chairs and towels provided. Would definitely stay here again!

What a gorgeous home with a spectacular view! Our family had such a wonderful time at Wine Down!. The house was beautiful. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. This house is literally right on the beach! It was so convenient to be able to go to the beach, come back for lunch, take a quick dip in the pool and then go out again to the beach - just an amazing experience. Vacasa was very responsive and great customer service. We loved it so much that we have booked this lovely home for next year. We can't wait to go back and stay again. If you are looking for a beautiful home located seconds from the beach - this is your home! You will not be disappointed!

Wine Down!

Big thank you to Vacasa and home owners for giving us the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home after our original rental canceled one day before our stay. Oceanfront views were amazing, as well as the pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable beds, and spacious rooms and location is right in the middle of all the island amenities.
