Great place

Our group of 6 loved this house and all it had to offer! The pool and the proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy a cool off whenever needed. The house was clean and accommodated all of us. The management answered all questions promptly. Would stay here again!

Excellent vacation home

We really enjoyed staying here. The layout of the house is great it’s kind of a three split so everyone had their one space. The pool is excellent in size and the best part of it is the built in spa Inside the pool, great feature. Not to mention the 3 minute walk to the beach and the convenience of having a shower and hoses to wash off before entering the hose. 5 stars!!

Family Holiday

This house was a perfect spot for our family holiday! It is a close walk to the beach and has a beautiful pool/hot tub -- we did both every day! The house was clean, we had plenty of beach towels and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed. The free trolley has a stop just down the street and my parents took it to town when they were done with the sun. Emma brought over a New Year's Eve treat which was a fun surprise. However, the VRBO listing had the wrong address! We had to call Claire who quickly helped us find the house -- which is why I lowered my rating for accuracy of listing. And there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, or laundry detergent for a week's stay -- all minor compared to the wonderful weather and people we met during our stay. We would rent here again!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very well kept, clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kids loved the bunk bed and their own area for watching tv. The pool was a big hit as well. The only thing I would say as a negative is the pool deck is Extremely hot during the day but didn't keep us from enjoying the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Great Layout for Families

This was a great property overall. The home was very clean. The pool was in great shape. Pool cleaners came twice during the week that we stayed! The layout was perfect for families. The bedrooms on the bottom floor are on opposite sides of the house. The top floor is perfect for people with children as it gave us a little room to sprawl without cluttering the bottom living space. The hot tub was great at night when the kids were put to bed and the adults wanted to unwind from the day's adventures. Overall our family really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at this property again if we were staying in this area!

Fantastic Vacation on Anna Maria Island!!

We stayed for a week in June 2019 and had a fantastic time. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The pool and hot tub were great as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay on Anna Maria Island.

Fantastic family vacation rental

Stay here. You will love it! My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. 3 minute walk to the beach. Loved the pool and hot tub! No one had any complaints about noise from the main road. The decor was lovely and beachy and the property was my favorite out of all the rentals I've ever stayed in. We will be back.

Perfect except noisy road

House and amenities were perfect. Clean, newer construction, great floor plan, decor, had every amenity you need. Loved the combination of the pool/hot tub/shallow area. Deck flooring color was a dark brown and the sun would burn your feet if you didn’t have shoes on. Temps were only in the 70s at that time. The only major issue was the noise of the road 10-15 feet away from pool deck. It’s the main road through the area. It was busy and loud. Constant loud vehicles, police, fire trucks and we had construction one full day right next to us. There should maybe be a disclaimer that the main road is so close. I would not have rented knowing this upfront and spring break week was not cheap! If you don’t mind constant loud noise then it will work you. Also, going to the beach one needs to cross two busy roads. That is one other drawback. Loved everything except location of the house next to the busy road

Beautiful time on the most beautiful island in Florida!

We stayed at 202, which is the unit beside this one, but identical (adjoining units built together). This unit is just as promised! It is the perfect place to walk down the street to the beach during the day, swim in the backyard in the afternoon, and hot tub at night. The unit has beach chairs, toys, bikes, umbrellas, beach trolley, etc, etc...you can just show up, stock the fridge and relax! We were 2 families of 4 each, so total of 8. Lots of room for the kids and adults! We had a bit of a cleaning mixup when arriving, but the cleaning crew was sent the following day, and Emma offered an appropriate partial refund for the inconvenience. It’s great to see the problem solved quickly and professionally. Makes for a perfect getaway...

Perfect for family vacations!

Our party of 7 loved this home! Layout was great and pool was wonderful! The weather was chilly during our stay so having a spa was ideal. The location to the beach couldn’t be better. We had all the supplies we needed for the pool and to take to the beach. We would definitely stay here again! We did make a couple phone calls during the booking process to clear up some questions and everything worked out.

Great location and amenities!!

We had a great time here! Close to the beach, great pool. We had 4 children and they had a pack n play, high chair, pool/beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon. It was perfect for a family!! We could easily walk to the beach everyday and not far from shops! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

Our family had a wonderful time at this Holmes Beach property. This house had plenty of room for our family ( 6 adults and 2 kids) and the house felt like our home away from home. It's a short walk to the beach and was located in the perfect spot on Anna Maria.

the sunset, the beach, a beautiful house, a great swimming pool and only good times

We were a party of eight with two children and can only highly recommend this beautiful spot. Anna Maria Island is breathtaking, the sunsets were as beautiful as they can be, the house was amazing and everything was just the perfect way to spend your holidays! Thank you Emma and Claire!

Beautiful clean home!

Our family just stayed at this gorgeous home and had a wonderful time! It was a perfect location with a very short walk to the ocean. The house was well equipped for all of our needs and beautifully decorated. Emma and Claire we wonderful to deal with and took care of all of our needs. We would love to stay here again.

A great home for family vacation

Nice family vacation

Great place for a family vacation -- clean, decent-sized bedrooms, large kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, and the private pool to boot. The island itself was very pleasant and the beach was within walking distance. The booking procedure was a bit confusing and had a few snafu's, but in the end well worth it.

Beautiful home!

This had absolutely everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Heated pool and spa. Beach chairs and toys. Clean and well equipped. We will be back!

Perfect property with a large pool

The house was very well kept and centrally laocted. It took us a few minutes to walk to the beach. The house provides all the beach amenties you need (chairs, boogie boards, towels). The pool is very large and the hot tub was amazing. It's nice to have a large hot tub for the cooler nights. The owners were great and checking in and out was easy. You are close to everything. The house has a decorative beach them and is supplied with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. The out door shower was needed and used a lot to get all the sand off from the beach. A very nice touch. We biked every where and the house provided 3 nice bikes. This property has it all and the owners were very easy to work with.

Comfortable and had everything!

This house fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were a good size and three had king sized beds. Bathrooms were also great. The pool was fantastic and had a shallow area perfect for little ones. The beach was a block away and the wagon provided helped us load up everything and get there easily. There were three bikes- riding about town was one of my favorite things to do. My only complaints would be no mirrors in the bedrooms which helps when everyone is getting ready and someone is in the bathroom. Also, I wish there was more outside seating beyond down by the pool. Our last complaint was having to be out by 10am. It was a very rushed morning and even an extra hour would have been helpful.

Perfect!

This was our second vacation to AMI and we would absolutely return to this property again. We loved it so much that we even called the property manager to see if the property was for sale. **HINT Pros: Perfect location. Our favorite thing about AMI is exploring a new beach every day. So it was completely fine for us to be just a block away from the beach. On our last day we packed the beach wagon and walked barefoot to the nearest beach from the property. It was an easy walk to the beautiful Holmes Beach on the Gulf Coast. There is only one front bedroom that was a little noisy with morning traffic, but nothing a fan couldn't drown out. Size. This time it was just my husband and I, but I am super excited to bring our kids and parents back next time. There is more then enough space for a family, yet it's still cozy and comfortable with just two. Amenities. Simply love that the owners had bikes available for us, and an amble supply of beach towels. We only had to do laundry on our last day before we departed. The kitchen was fully stocked with items for cooking, plenty of extra blankets and pillows for all. **Note, stop and grab coffee and any condiments as needed, the cabinets are bare. The hot tub heats up quickly, every night we would turn it on before we went to dinner so it was perfectly temped when we returned. One night we forgot, and it still heated up quite quickly for comfort. Private. This property is located in the heart of AMI. A quick right hand turn takes you to the North End of the island or a left gets you to Manatee Beach and the central zone. We enjoy staying in Anna Maria specifically and this location was simply perfect. On our last visit here we stayed on the North tip of the island and preferred this much more. The palms and the design of the space keep the property and the pool very private. Love the zero depth space in the pool for the littles! Decor: Simply adorable! I found my self grabbing the decor to see where the items had been purchased. The ambiance was bright, cheerful and energetic! A perfect reflection of the island. Cons: None. The pictures don't do this property justice. This place is an absolute dream! There was a bit of a mix up with the booking manager and our reservations. We got double booked even though I had already put down a deposit. She corrected the situation, but seemed to be entirely scattered from an operational standpoint. It did make us nervous, but everything ended up just fine.

A wonderful stay!

The house had everything we were looking for, an easy walk to the beach, 3 king beds + bunk beds and the owners also thought ahead and had a highchair and pack 'n play available for our baby! The pool/spa are wonderful, we enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was clean and decorated beautifully. The only minor drawback is the proximity to the busy main road and the noise as a result. I can see us vacationing here again!

Great location near beach, very comfortable home.

Two families of 4 were very comfortable and taken care of by all the amenities in this well maintained, well appointed home. There is a great pool/hot tub deck but no yard which was really fine because the beach is ONE block away. Highly recommend.
