「I loved this hotel. It is clean, family friendly, the beach is just a couple steps away. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The place is well maintained. We stayed here for the first time 6 days with breakfast included just because we did not know if we were going to like the food. Next time we visit I would definitely book the all inclusive package bc food is delicious and fresh. I didn’t like the restaurant that they have at the beach, but I only had dinner one time. 「I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!」

「Well kept!! The ocean view was really nice.. We could walk to some shops and Resturants which was nice..The Maid service wasn't great. High prices on everything in the resort.. who wants to pay $8.00 for a little package of M&Ms? To me that was ridiculous.. The resort was really nice till all the families brought their kids and left them unattended in the pool area. Overall the resort was really nice..」
