Had to often call housekeeping to bring washcloths and sugar at the coffee station little things like that we stayed in a bungalow and did have to have them come clear out the outdoor shower of branches that have fallen in and after two days were not picked up by housekeeping other things were spot on. 「The property was nice. Food was good. The main pool is nice but needs a lot of tiles replaced. Snack bar food needs improved, a lot of the food was room temp. There is no snorkeling in front of the resort,BUT go to the beach turn left walk about 10-12 min to the end of the beach and snorkel about 150 feet out and you'll find excellent snorkeling」

Someone was always at the desk and welcoming. They also assisted a lot with making arrangements for activities and outings. Beach access was super easy and a quick walk, pool access even easier.
