「The best part of our stay was definitely the amenities. The water slides were a lot of fun for our son, the pool area was enjoyable, and having direct access to the beach was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short of our expectations. Our balcony air conditioning unit leaked constantly, flooding the entire balcony throughout our stay. 「It was a satisfying stay. The only thing was the bathroom was too small, but other than that, it was fantastic.」

「We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...

「I stay here several times a year and like the fact the EV chargers are conveniently located on the property. Housekeeping did a great job. The pool was very crowded and lots of kids but we were still able to enjoy.check in is always easy.」
