「The room was very clean except for the one rug in the living area. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. There is no parking and ability to load or unload a car is limited. Location is excellent and the suite is well equipped. It is very nice that there are extra supplies available on the main floor. The staff was quick to respond to any questions. I did call ahead to ask that our room be close to other family members and was told that would happen but when we checked in we were assigned...

「The outside of the property is in very descent shape but the rooms are terrible. Carpet and floors are not cleaned properly. The tub was scary. The remotes sticky. Wouldn't dare cook anything in the kitchen. I did like the lobby and the clerk who attended us. She did her best and was very nice. But the owner really needs to get some professional cleaners there ASAP」
