「When booking through Expedia the person checking you in will say they need your card to hold as it looks like a discrepancy from Expedia and when you check out the Expedia charge will go through and additionally another charge will go through by the property.
Then when you dispute it he’ll say you have to go through Expedia or the property manager isn’t there to talk to」

「We had a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The gated community was quiet, secure, and gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was exactly as described, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay...
