“We had a cabin with a kitchenette so each night we made a simple stove top dinner and it was great. Plenty of room for all 5 of us and I loved sitting on the little porch.”

“I stayed three nights there. No room services for the first two nights since I am a stay-over guest. Have to go to front desk to get clean bath towels.”

“I booked two queen bed room for two nights but when checking in they had kept me single king bed room and blame it on Expedia that they didn’t send that info clearly, well right… Expedia is not ameturs . Anyhow they got me a two queen bed room in a nearby inn which apparently same owners but rooms are bad. Gave the option. Of transferring”

“The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Next time we travel to Wall we will choose this hotel again!”

“This property is charging a $5.50 fee to process the credit card when your credit card has already been ran by Expedia. When I explained to the girl at check-in that they could refund my money to the credit card and I would pay in cash. They then told me it was for city taxes 😂 In the end, I spoke with a manager and he removed the fee that they charged, but it’s a good thing to let others know as the bookings on Expedia state that they include all taxes and fees.”

“We rented a king suite with a balcony. It is a new property, so everything is really nice. It was clean, the housekeeping the staff was excellent. The breakfast was OK. Location is wonderful if you are looking to explore all of the natural beauty in South Dakota. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The room smelled terrible. It looked clean on the surface but smelled filthy. We couldn’t find the smell and had to keep the window open to try to circulate fresh air. The bedding was completely torn beyond repair. The cotton bedspread was frayed from end to end and the cotton inside was falling out. I was thankful I brought my own blanket. The curtains were also damaged similarly. The hotel was difficult to find as there is inadequate signage from the main road and the hotel is located behind……

“One worker was very polite, the rest were rude and unhelpful. The halls and rooms were filthy. Garbage literally all over the floor and the carpet was so stained you couldn't even tell the original color. There was absolutely no breakfast, just a loaf of bread with no toaster. The hot water did not work in the room, there was no internet and the fridge didn't work.”
