“Hotel was nicely renovated. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor which provided good light and view but not suitable for many people as there is no elevator.
Parking for a fee is provided in an area behind the hotel but the entrance is a very narrow old carriage tunnel. My suv barely went thru.”

“The hotel is located in a prime location in old Quebec with excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was excellent and perhaps one of the best that I dealt with. The room and hotel decor was great and we enjoyed the historical artifacts on display throughout. The food was excellent at the hotel along with an excellent bar area. I would say calling it a bar area does it a disservice though. It was more posh with a historical hint.”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.
But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not????
Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels.
I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea.
