「Room was very clean, smelled nice. No issuse with the room at all. On our second day they ran out of towels which was a very odd situation to be in given that we were at a hotel close to the beach. Housekeeping took the normal towels and left some veru small ones. Front desk was somewhat indifferent. Breakfast was ok. The pool could have used a bit more cleaning.」

「The room was so gross, the chair and bedspread had stains on it the room smelled, and there was a garbage bag over the smoke detector. We left and refused to stay here.」

「I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

「Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

「It appeared the breakfast was short staffed. Not enough food or supplies were on hand. The gal seemed to be working hard but not enough support. Other Fairfield’s have done much better. Also I hope the guy that was sleeping in the breakfast area in the afternoon is ok.」

「The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay.
