All electricity used during your stay must be paid by the guest at 5B / unit. Payment is due in cash before check-out. We dont make any money on this, but we think that if we charge per unit of usage, rather than factor it into the nightly rate, customers are more likely to be energy conscious, and we can reduce the room rate we charge.
