“Very clean and convenient location to the bus which took us straight into port authority. Beautiful views from the boulevard to manhattan. A few wine glasses would be nice to relax with tired feet at the end of the evening, but otherwise, coffee, shampoo/showergels/ towels etc supplied. Thank you!”

“Check in was easy with great views of NYC. Very old property and felt old while we were there, nothing spectacular. Area was nice, felt safe, wish we would have known there were 12 flights if steps when coming off the ferry, arriving was not fun with those and our luggage.”

“Great place, super clean, great host!”

“This was a spacious and bright place. Modern marble bathroom, minimal kitchen. Middle of a solid neighborhood block. Didn't hear a peep of noise during our stay. One side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the other on Friday (and maybe another, wasn't applicable so I don't recall). So parking while we went into the city was safe and easy, which was a big concern. No resident permit needed and the spaces seem to clear out when people go to work. No sketchiness outside……

“The apartment is conveniently located a street away from the Hudson River and you can walk to the next street and get a beautiful view of New York City. The apartment is cozy and well kept. The Host responds very quickly to questions about the apartment and is very courteous.”
