“The Hideout is located just by the Hull Minster, easy to find, with all needed facilities. Minutes of walking to the Center of Hull.”

“Well staying, staff and friendly and helpful”

“Comfy room friendly staff fully equipped kitchen with everything you need init shops just around the corner.”

“Place is good staff were great and the food was as well. Will use again”

“Amazing hostel. I really enjoy my stay here. Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with. It feels a very cosy hostel, not too crowded, noisy and neither a party hostel. I was visiting for tourism and leisure and while many of the guests staying here for work or business, there were no issues. And Glenn kindly helped to sorted out a minor issue in the room very effectively. Just a note there is no stove but a microwave……

“The room was a fabulous size for the two of us. It had a kettle, a decent size shower room and was all very light and airy with a tv. The staff were really helpful and looked after our luggage for us. The bar was lively after the concert we attended and I believe there were parking options but we came on the train. It was such a handy location for anywhere around the centre of Hull. We would definitely book again as a fabulous base.”

“Lovely, large, clean room. Safe area with a lot of parking nearby. Reception unmanned most of the time.”

“Very good 2 bedroom & bathroom apartment in centre of Hull. Very clean and modern with separate rooms for privacy. Communication and access very good and easy. Short walk to lots of restaurants and bars in town.”

“Stayed here as it was a good price. Very convenient for the arena and shopping but not a hotel I would go to for anything but convenience. That said, it is a city centre 3 star so I wasn't expecting any luxuries. Clean enough though very basic.”

“Room was tidy and clean. Kitchen was perfect to use. ”

“This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise.”

“電梯只到1樓，接待處也在一樓。 你首先要把大約20kg的行李搬上1樓，才能順利入住。”

“We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. ”
