「First time i have stopped at this hotel but it will not be the last really pleasant owners and staff lovely big room and on suit bathroom and great breakfast at a nice price. Plus it has it own pub.」

「There was a large party downstairs (floor below) on the Saturday night we stayed there. Music from DJ was very loud and pounding/felt in our room until after midnight preventing sleep. The Restaurant was unavailable due to the party. I wouldn’t recommend booking a room on this property when the downstairs facilities are booked in this way.」

「The accommodation itself was nice and we had a good meal in Charlie’s. We were disappointed to find out that the spa was an additional £65 per person and didn’t think that was overly clear when we booked as otherwise we would’ve picked a different option. Regardless, we paid it after we the facilities were listed and frustrated to find out one of the saunas were out of order. We were celebrating our ‘mini-moon’ and overall we were a bit disappointed with the experience and value for money.」

「I would normally say nothing rather than write a bad review but this place was so bad - the room in particular, the fact that no one cared and it showed , the lack of maintenance or bothering about customers , i think other guests should be aware. We could have put up with having to search for someone to check us in, the dirty carpets, battered dirty paint work, incredibly slow service , being made to feel an inconvenience for having dinner ( food was nice when we eventually got it) and not...
