"I always stay here when in Southampton. The hotel just seems to get better since it's change of ownership. This was a birthday celebration with a friend, and the hotel made it feel extra special. Dined in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Everything you want is provided in the rooms, which are very comfortable. So handy for a pre cruise stay, shopping or just relaxing. Highly recommend. Wonderful guest relations team. Easy online check in and out. Can't wait for my next stay."

Comfortable clean rooms, this time we stayed half board and evening meal was excellent value for money. Breakfast was good. "Beds were comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Only trouble was staff forgot to clean the room so we did not have fresh towels and tea/cofee refills after the first night. But when we informed the desk, they immediately sent someone with it. It shows how helpful the staff are and how quickly they corrected this. Amazing hotel and look forward to staying there again"
