“The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. ”

World Pride was in DC this year and we were able to book tickets a while back. We were searching for places to stay but finally found this gem on VRBO. The location was perfect for the festival and in a quiet neighborhood that was unexpected. Easy access to delivery services as well. The property is beautiful and provides everything you need from sleeping……

“First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. Thank You, Jesus, for that - we had no idea where to……

“House is located in a nice residential area. The pictures look smaller than the house actually is. 4 adults and 2 children had more than enough room. Well appointed kitchen. Linens and towels were nice quality. Visiting relatives in Silver Spring and will hopefully stay again!”

“The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. The kitchen could definitely use some bigger pots and pans, especially for cooking for a group. Overall, it did the job for our stay. We would stay there again. ”
