“The team at this hotel went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I would like to thank each and everyone at the front desk and front area that helped me while I was there. Special shout out to Rodrigo, Questa and the two gentlemen (one of them of African decent) that worked the desk and lobby the evening of August 22nd. They were very kind and super helpful as well. Thanks everyone for making this an amazing vacation.”

“Buena ubicación por el precio, queda casi frente al Norte Shopping que tiene buenas opciones para comida y entretenimiento. El desayuno es tipo buffet con muchas buenas opciones, vale la pena! Recomendación: deberían tener una plancha en la habitación ya que ir a un área solo a planchar hace la estadía no favorable porque hay que vestirse dos veces”

“The only desirable quality is that it is very convenient to the airport. It is walking distance to some restaurants. I was able to walk to a laundromat as none on site. The breakfast buffet was okay but not a good value. There was hair in my shower. Cigarette smoke came into my room with the AC on.”

“I guess this is a very popular hotel in Rio because when I checked in, I noticed that there were six staff members at the front desk. I booked a Standard Room, but in my opinion, it should only be rated as a 2.5-star hotel. When I checked in, I noticed that the room had a terrible smell. I had to leave the ventilation fan running all night just to make the room more comfortable. The next day, my room was not cleaned at all, and I was not given any appropriate explanation as to why housekeeping……

“Habitación correcta, aunque la ventana daba a un patio, que tenía exconmbros y casi sin luz. Toallas no muy limpias. Buenas ubicación , al lado del Hilton, cerca de restaurantes y playa Personal de recepción muy correcto.”
