「Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. 「I believe this hotel has had recent issues, and was closed for a while, Well, I can only congratulate the new owners for a fantastic job on the renovations. Some of the other buildings attached to the main hotel are possibly planned for future renovations, however this didn't spoil our stay in any way. 「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」

「Property was within walking distance to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the South Pier. Plenty of parking aroubd, we paid £15 for 24 hours. Friendly man who checked us in and out. Room was clean, warm and big enough for us (2 adults, 1 17 yr old,). We would stay here again.」
