Great getaway

We had a wonderful time exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer! The home was a great place to stay, very quiet and offers beautiful views of the golf course.

Loved the little details!

We stayed here with 5 friends. The home is set up to accomodate multi generation vacations with the loft beds at the very top floor and multiple bedrooms for couples. We walked into the home already set to 68 degrees and jazz music playing on the TV. Location is very central to Incline Village and a great view from the porch of the golf course. We are already making plans for another visit. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!!!

Very clean. Lots of room. Well stocked kitchen. There is also is a Keurig coffee maker in addition to a regular coffee maker. Good kitchen for someone who likes to cook. Nice deck and golf course view. we were eight people total, and we all agreed that we would absolutely come back.

Nice

Clean place large enough for two-three families. Clean and well kept, great location, right on the golf course. Only issues, there is NO BBQ (first time we’ve ever seen that at a VRBO) despite a nice back deck. Cable was terrible in he living room and would hardly when trying to watch live sports in the evening. All hard wood, so every step taken can be heard from every room. Also, not near enough utensils and stuff in the kitchen. We would do it again, and bring our own grill I guess.

Needs Work

Clean house, great location & plenty of room. Room for improvement: a lot of the remote controllers (fan, tv) either did not work/battery died. Wifi was miserably slow, the tv kept buffering every minute. House does not have AC (which is listed), however in the current heat, it would be great to offer a fan in the room that does not have a ceiling fan, as it was uncomfortably hot. Host insisted that the house was not entirely ready because we checked in early. However, without request, we were messaged to check in early if we had wanted.

Great stay for 2 families!

We had a lovely stay. The loft with 4 twin beds worked perfectly for the kids. The only things I wish this property had was more kid friendly cups and more pillows for the beds.

Super cute and great price

I enjoyed the attention to detail with furnishings -mix of mid century modern and rustic, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and plenty of sleeping options. The only suggestion I’d make is maybe some fresh paint in the kitchen, but honestly for the price, this rental was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Poorly Managed!!

Although the unit has a fresh remodel and great location there is A LOT to be desired especially for the premium price!!! Dirty unit with stained rug, dust bunnies, cobwebs, popcorn in and under couch. Pots/pans, glasses and bowls are insufficient for a unit that holds (8). Washing machine broken for the entire stay with no way to wash towels etc. and was forced to go to a laundromat on several occasions! Quality of towels was awful, leaving you covered with particles. Dishwasher also broken and leaked all over the floor needing to be mopped up after use. Contacted Vacasa about the issues with zero resolution with back and forth calls throughout the stay (Just what you want to do on vacation). Plenty of other great rentals in Incline for less $$ and less hassles. Most disappointing stay in a vacation rental ever, especially given the price!!!

Amazing place to stay In Incline Village

The location is prime! So close to Raleys, Rosewoods and Alibi's and other stores/restaurants. So close to town and everything you need. The condo is gorgeous! The windows and view are amazing! your right on the golf course. There was a beautiful creek so close by you can hear the water. The deck is the best for morning coffee and yoga! The bed dowstairs was comfy. We used the fire place one night, it was so awesome to have! I would so recommned this condo and stay again next time we come to Tahoe! Cons: if I had to nit pick about cons, there was dust on the fire ext, under the TV and heavy on the lights in the kitchen. Maybe they could clean a bit better? They need updated new pillows and comforters, The couch is way to small, they need a bigger and newer couch. Please get rid of the blanket that was on the couch, it was dirty and old looking. The the price we paid you can buy a new cozy blanket to put on the couch. They need a dresser for the downstairs bedroom, they need to get more hangers and please lower the bar in the closest to hang stuff, no one is 7 ft tall. The neighbors were so loud/partying untill 3am for two nights of our stay, it was hard to fall alseep but thats not the condos fault.

THE WORSE PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN

Dirty kitchen, there was dust, debris and hair all over the cutlery drawer. The coaster on the coffee table not only had sticky spots but also had a hair stuck on it. The coffee table was not clean and the living room had intense Woodfire smell that was being masked by a strong air freshener that was sprayed. We had to open windows to get the smell out. The ice came from the fridge was dirty with back spots. There was no dresser in the rooms and the closets barely opened and much force was needed it to open the closet. There was only a few hangers and they will all mismatched. The rugs were dirty and there was hair on the pillows. The was no drink cups except for some mismatched wine glasses, I couldn’t find glasses to drink water from. There was no iron, which hotel doesn’t have an iron. I couldn’t find glasses t hang my clothing so it was supper wrinkled and there was no iron. The bathrooms and some rooms had chipped paint. There was not enough spoons or fork for even three people and the a few that was there was not from same set. The beds were uncomfortable and creaky and bedding was old and gave me the ek feeling. There is was old blankets with old folks smell and almost a locked closet in ever room. In the front porch there is uneven step that almost made all of us trip and almost had a major accident. There was not the basic essential of kitchen, like serving utensils, potatoe peeler, salad spinner and for a place it said it was full stocked kitchen there was not even salt and pepper, foil, serene wrap and whatever was there was old and outdated and looked from decades ago. We stayed with our 4 kids the stairs are super steep and we constantly worried that the would fall down the stairs. It was the most unpleasant stay we have ever experienced and since it’s been 3 weeks since our stay, I’m sure I have forgotten some things. if I could give it a negative 5 stars, I would have. The only positive was that there was plenty of beds.

Great Getaway

We had a lovely time at this property. Nice kitchen and deck with all the amenities we could need. We would have liked to have some A/C but I guess in Tahoe very few homes have it. We had a problem with our trash bear box that didn’t get shut adequately and a bear came by for a snack but we made a call to VACASA and someone was there in a jiffy to clean it all up. Very happy with the service.

The property was conveniently located and the house well equipped. Sadly, our weather wasn't ideal. It rained most of the time and then bright sunshine the day we left. We did see some incredible rainbows on our drives.

Incline condo

The property was fairly nice. It is not a child friendly condo which we thought should have been included in the description. It stated that were stairs however did not specify that the stairs are very very steep, shallow and narrow. It was difficult gif even the adults carrying infants. Also the big deck is great accept there is only one beam railing with no coverage or barrier below. And there is a very large drop off which is so dangerous for kids. We really couldn’t use the deck for this reason. It is in the pics if you look closely but does not include the information in the description which was very disappointing. The quantity of kitchen and bath towels was very very limited. Which may be ok I guess if the washing machine worked, which it did not. I emailed Vasca but never got a response. The electoral panel in the kitchen tripped twice with only the toaster, coffee and dishwasher running. So we had to find the breaker box outside at night in the dark and once in the morning. Would not rent again with small children or at all.

Excellent rental in Incline Village

This place was the perfect size for a family of 8. What we liked - Location (golf course as a backyard, 5min drive to grocery/restaurants) - Good size and layout (Rooms, living room, kitchen) - Appliances we’re modern and all functional - Good selection of spices and ingredients for cooking basic recipes - Ample towels provided What needs to be improved - Pots and pans need to be replaced badly! Every single one had their non-stick coating scratched out and every time you cooked you were likely ingesting some of it. - Turnover/housekeeping team needs to be more meticulous. Our dining room light was not working for 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. We ate in practical darkness. Called to report this but it took 2 days before it was resolved. Housekeeping team left soiled linens of previous guests in the living room. Towels were left in the wash instead of having it ready (dry and folded). Overall though, we enjoyed our stay at this place. It is tastefully designed and furnished. There was plenty of room to hang out and relax. The best part of it has to be the location. Lots of open space that surrounds it and it’s a short drive to the best spots. I’d be more than willing to stay here again!

Great getaway in Tahoe!

Great rental in Incline Village! We had 2 families that shared this condo together! Overall, really clean and had everything we needed! Its 3 stories total. Our kids loved the loft area with 4 twin beds they could claim as their own! The loft was the 3rd floor. Nice big king size beds in 2 rooms. Its attached to a golf course which made for a nice little snow play area for our small kiddos right outside (weather permitting). The showers could use a little more water pressure. And you can't use both showers at the same time (cuz of the pressure), but only a minor setback. Every room had a tv with a Roku which was a nice bonus. Overall really pleasant stay!

Weekend getaway
