“The ad says that the room slept five. When we got there, there was one king size bed, and one full bed . There were four of us guys and not too many guys want to sleep together in a full-size bed. And the staff said that the king size bed would sleep three. I don’t know too many people that sleep three in a bed. That advertising is deceptive. They didn’t offer to give us any other cots or couches or anything because they didn’t have any.”

“The elevators were down, pool was run down and unusable. Breakfast was cold and you had to ask multiple times for the buffet to be refilled”

“This is a much older hotel that may have been resurfaced over the years. Since the resurfacing must have occurred a little while ago, there are some issues with paint peeling, and normal wear and tear. It could use a good scrub of the walls, carpet cleaning, and new caulk to not appear so dirty. Also, a uniform dispenser in the shower looks much better than some bulk bottles in the shower. The dirty bottles added to the feeling of it not being clean.”

“I have stayed here a couple times as I have friends nearby. The first time was very pleasant. Clean and great breakfast etc. this last time was a bit different. Felt like a lower quality hotel. Especially since I stayed at another Hampton inn on this same trip. Hallway carpet was stained and dirty. Bunching up in places. One of the elevators was broken with no sign on it. The cold water was still very warm. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and was showing its age. Overall, not the worst. But I’ve……

“The rooms were very nice and clean. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely welcoming. The bartender was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. There were no cups for coffee, no milk or juice in the containers, the bread was too big for the toaster...it was like everything we wanted was not available. Not a good experience at breakfast.”
