My family stayed at this home for the Thanksgiving holiday, and Danny was an excellent host from beginning to end.What we loved:•Beautiful pool area, fire pit, and stunning views•Spacious living room with very comfortable couches•Quiet, gated neighborhood•Convenient RV parking•Well-stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies and coffee•Large primary bedroom with a very comfortable king bedWe did have some issues with cleanliness upon arrival. The home would benefit from fresh interior paint, updated carpet, and new dining/kitchen chairs. Danny was extremely responsive when we raised our concerns and quickly sent someone out to re-clean.One additional challenge was the hot tub/pool remote—it was difficult to operate and often shut off unexpectedly, even after replacing the batteries. We did have to message Danny multiple times a day to turn on the heat or jets from his app, but he was responsive each time.Overall, we appreciated Danny’s communication and hospitality, and we enjoyed many aspects of the property.

Perfect weekend getaway!

A group of friends and I wanted a “Guys” getaway. To start, the property has 4 bedrooms which was perfect as it was 4 of us. A well stocked kitchen, large refrigerator, all the utensils you will need. The best part is the pool and Spa! We had a blast! Great quiet neighborhood. Close to Costco and we got everything we needed for our meals and drinks. The best getaway I’ve had in a very long time!

We really enjoyed our 10 days at this rental. Danny was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions. The house was stocked with everything we needed! Better equipped than any house we have ever stayed at. Coffee, paper plates, detergent…all the things I usually have to end up purchasing! The house was clean and well furnished. The backyard was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view was beautiful!!! The one little downside was the area. It was a little further out than we like staying. But, I learned the area and figured out a good morning walk.

Hate leaving bad reviews

The first night we had dinner at home. When we went to sit down at the table and chairs, the seats were fifty dirty. It looked as if children had eaten peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and smeared them into the seat cushions. It was hard to even sit on the chairs. I immediately took pics and notified the manager. They claimed the renter before us left the house a mess. The next morning, we went to take a shower and all the towels smelled funky, I mean really funky. We used them and hung they to dry just in case. The bed linens didn't smell fresh either so I went to home goods to buy some pillowcases and a comforter to use. The next morning, we showered again, and this time the smell on the towels was even worst so I decided to just wash all the linens before using them again. Unfortunately, there was no laundry detergent anywhere in the home. We were told the house had back to back renters before us and the same day we checked out. How were they cleaning the linens with no detergent? The day of check out, I waited to see if the cleaning persons brought laundry detergent with them, just to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I saw none. Lastly, we arrived on a Sunday, and the pool did not work until Tuesday evening and we were checking out on Wednesday morning. This house seems to be renting back to back with very little care and upkeep being done in between. The furniture is older which is not a problem if it is being cleaned and maintained. When I spoke with management, I was told it was the fault of the guests before us. Hopefully, the guests after us were not told we were the problem when they checked in the same day we left!
