Super responsive host and lovely house
My family and I all stayed here a couple of night in March and had the best time. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We ended up needing an earlier check in time and were able to get one almost immediately after we asked. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. Highly recommended staying here!

Soccer Trip
The house location was super convenient to the Empire Polo Club, which is really what we wanted. The house had everything we needed. I would say some of the things in the house are outdated (i.e. carpet, etc), but it was not a big deal. The communication with the property manager was also really good.

Perfect Tennis Getaway
Booked this lovely home for a ladies trip to Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. Our priority was cleanliness, safety and access to gym and tennis courts. 5 stars in those categories! Brandon our host was organized and accommodating. Price was very reasonable too 👍. Thank you for a memorable getaway with my girlfriends!!

New year gateway
The property is clean, the beds are comfortable! Everything worked. The only thing is that if you are a coking family you need to bring things with you. There is no kettle, no oven trays, no Tupperware. Had to buy a masher, shot glasses, wine glasses, and foil a near 99c store. The bed linens are really old and need to be replaced. Manager is a good guy, but I did have to remind him a couple of times to do something. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay.

The place was comfy, no neighbor issues, garage was excellent to pull into, golfing was great, dining seating area chairs and table need to be more sturdy and duck problem every day in the pool so only used the spa. Otherwise great stay and great manager communication.

Very Nice Place
Brandon was very responsive to our questions. The pool is nice and the hot tub great. Brandon had the pool guy come out and fix the hot tub settings right away when we had a problem. House is a newer rental and is very clean. The kitchen tools and kitchen items are adequate, but a little sparse which we assumed is only because the rental is new and those little extras will evolve over time. Very enjoyable stay. Our only complaint is that there is only one way in or out of the resort and the security guards are terrible at processing incoming traffic--do not go anywhere near the main gate during rush hour or it will literally take you 20-30 minutes of waiting in traffic to get into the resort. The entry back up actually results in a traffic hazard on the four lane road leading to the main gate. Of course, Brandon has no control over the way the security guards fail to perform--they are just very, very bad at it. Overall, a very nice, new rental and would stay there again.
