「We totally enjoyed our submersive/personalized experience at Kat Florence. We loved everything about it and we seriously mean it because we are strict markers. Lol. The suite was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with high-end appliances that we have at home. Needless to say how clean it was, the towels, bathrobes, the toilettes were of superb quality. The in-room massage, dinner arranged at Elora Mill… I can go on and on. We will definitely go back. 」
