「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Excellent location. Clean and organized. The only difficulty is the parking as the building does not own a parking lot. Not recommended for people with disabilities, apartment is on top floor with no elevator. 」

「雖有古老歷史味房子 , 但到處殘缺人頭雕像散佈各角落及房間櫥櫃裡, 陰森恐怖之感油然而生. 房間裡黴味撲鼻, 吊扇上均是灰塵, 古式沙發椅布已經破損, 椅布髒舊破. 感覺長久無人居住. 」

Very clean, every room and corner of the mansion was captivating and gorgeous. Garden and pool/spa area relaxing and refreshing. Easy check in. Friendly and accommodating hostess. Right next to plaza Colon, but very quiet. Very private! Charm and elegance.」
