"Beautiful beach, water, etc. However, staying at this place was definitely not it for us. We arrived at airport in the middle of the night and could not get a hold of anyone to help us get to the hotel. We had to stay the night in a random hotel & try again in the morning. Terrible communication & accommodations. It is very remote, limited power (electricity), water, food, etc. We had to go find food outside of hotel & we’re lucky to find a restaurant. There’s no grocery or convenience stores....

"¡Me encantó mi estadía en Fénix Beach! La habitación era muy cómoda, el desayuno delicioso y la playa estaba impecable. Quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atención de todo el personal, siempre amable y pendiente de cada detalle. Sin duda, una experiencia que repetiría. ¡Súper recomendado!"

"This is a small local hotel amongst monster hotels in the immediate area. It has a great personal feel to it. We opted for the higher end room and had an awesome view of the pools and ocean. The room was nice but the staff is what makes this place great. Do they speak great English?....Nooo. but that is half the fun. We enjoyed everyone working there. The bar/restaurant is a fun place to just hang out and enjoy the views (food was surprisingly good too). The included breakfast is soooo good. They have a coffee/Gelato bar too. To me, you have a couple options for hotels...book with one of the big guys and maybe get a little more luxury for your high price and little to no local flare OR spend less money on the little guy and get a really nice stay, a good time with great people and a local feel. We made the right decision and would absolutely stay here again."

"Lovely stay at the hotel, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were a good size and had been fitted with AC which was very necessary. You could book out the paddle boards, kayaks and bikes for an hour for free. The hotel does get a bit busy during the day as people come for day trips but they leave at 2:30 and then it gets pretty quiet again. I think the pool and beach area could be a little better taken care of but overall it was a great stay."

"No hay palabras para describir la experiencia vivida. Empezando por el personal y atención VIP, realmente VIP. José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar, la habitación, el servicio, hospitalidad, en general todo. Mis palabras no le hacen justicia al lugar. Solo puedo decir que es un 100% recomendado.
