“Excellent food. Not so good beach”

“Good place to do nothing. We ate, drank, tanned, and slept extremely well. The staff did all they could to make the most of our trip. Had a great time and left well rested. Travel to Mexico is down 40% according to one guest. It showed as Beloved seemed under utilized. Restaurant openings and menus were slim as a result. We did not leave the safety of the resort either. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kiin. The hotel is right next to Playa Norte and you can walk to many restaurants in the area. The pool area was wonderful and relaxing as well. We stayed in the Honeymoon bungalow and had an ocean view. We will definitely stay again when we visit Isla Mujeres!”

“While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient. When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another……
