En general el hotel se ve descuidado y necesita mantenimiento, el baño no tiene puerta. A pesar de eso la habitación tiene todo lo necesario y la cama es muy cómoda. Nuestra habitación tenía una muy buena vista a la alberca y al mar. El servicio estuvo raro, pues nunca vimos a nadie de recepción.

This was our second stay at Casa Ixchel and once again it did not disappoint! Our room (Bliss) was clean and the bed is very cozy with plenty of pillows. WiFi in the room was great! Property is nice, we felt safe. The door has just a single lock on the handle which we were ok with. I would say they need to drain their pool/hot tub and repaint it. Both times we’ve stayed the pool needed some attention. Overall we LOVE this hotel! Staff is super friendly and their is a nice restaurant upstairs with an amazing view!

these pictures are a lie! we got there and its located in a bad area looks like an abandoned apartment complex. no one was able to tell us where the office was.... there was only 1 old man at there so called restaurant and even the coffee was disgusting the coffee must have been there for 2 days... i dont recommend this place we immediately called expedia and tbey even had a hard time contacting tbe hotel and gifted us our 2 week all inclusive stay and the Occidental xcaret which was truly a dream

The property was spacious and comfortable. The roof top view was nice to see the ocean. We appreciated the clean gallon water jug to accommodate for the stay. We were disappointed that the bed sheets were stained and the Jacuzzi didn’t work. Also, the hotel restaurant food service served small size portions of food with high cost prices.

We're not going back.

First of all, I want to make it clear that the staff were very friendly, helpful and did all of their work flawlessly. On the other hand, there were a few things that I didn't like: The shower head squirted water everywhere to the point that the rest of the bathroom would become wet. There is no TV set in ANY room. There is no usable beach, it's rocky and useless for going in. There is no regular door between the room and the bathroom, only a cloth drape, not much privacy. The pool is very nice, though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful ocean view, no too far from downtown. Quiet and clean, great to relax. No much beach areas nearby, no window in room, no breakfast included (at least café y pan).

The staff was very sweet! Perfect location and the beach is perfect for seashell hunting! Room was small but had everything we needed! Breakfast upstairs was wonderful! Will definitely be returning! Thank you Casa Ixchel❤️

Good stay in isla mujeres.

nice quiet little place with a pool with a beach view behind the hotel. Floor was sandy. Bathroom was ok. Bed was ok. Overall good for the price. Would stay again for sure. Far from the port.

Hotel incrível. rústico na medida, sem perder o requinte. O dono está sempre presente no hotel, é um italiano muito amigável. Quem chegar para o late check in vai encontrar seu nome na porta do quarto com as boas vindas e o ar condicionado ligado. Excepcional. Recomendo a todos.
