「No way closer to the five star. Room service doesn’t work, bedding is old and probably used 1000 times before you sleep on those sheets and use pillows. Breakfast areas management is worst as it’s hard to find seats and then find waiters. You don’t expect such things in a five star. I would rate it a 2 star if compared to any good hotel chain」

Also for checkout I had to stay few hours extra and yet they charged me full day - not a big deal for me but shows that the focus was more on charging you as much without thinking of extending small gestures and btw I separates a whole week」
