"The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the floor still felt a little sandy, so I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot in the room. The A/C worked well, although it was occasionally a bit noisy.
I requested a 30-minute late check-out at the front desk, but my request was denied because they claimed the hotel was at full capacity. I checked the booking website afterward and found that many rooms were still available, so it seemed the staff member wasn't making much of an effort to accommodate the request or be helpful.
On a positive note, the woman who checked me in was very attentive, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service."
