Room was clean, very roomy, loved having the mini fridge stocked daily with water and drinks - very good drawing card having the mini fridge. Suggestion: change the toilet seat so they fit the toilet (toilet seat too small for the toilet - at times got stuck) Food: Breakfast was excellent; Snack shack was just okay - french fries always cold; ambience of snack shack not great - wish it was more outdoors Suggestion: create theme nites to vary up the menu in evening dinners Staff was excellent!!! Very accommodating and friendly!!

There is only one bar open at the time, and the drinks seem watered. There is no snacks that you can bring to the pol or beach area. Persinel were not allowed to bring drinks to the beach area. The beach is not suitable for swimming. The food was fantastic.

Ac was not cool no fans. Hot in room. Broken chair. Bathrooms was a mess water leaking out shower nonstop. Toilet whistled for minutes after flushing. Food was ok many options open bar. Except for top shelf. We had all inclusive. Security was a bunch of dick heads singling people out. For drink by the pool when others had the pool filled with open cups. Pool was nice easy access to ocean. Staff was accommodating when needed. Store for extra things if needed. Location was close to everything walking distance. For the amount of money spent it could have been a lot better. Also forgot they were remodeling and the drilling was right under my room.

The entire staff was beyond wonderful. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Many of them doing hard jobs, working long days, and their attitudes were excellent. We arrived a little early and we’re put in Villa 13. The beachfront location was great, but the Villa was old and not well maintained. The hot water wasn’t hot, and the water pressure was only enough to use 1 bathroom at s time, even though we paid for 2. We spoke to the staff at the front desk about it, and they immediately sent a maintenance man over. He was able to turn up the temperature on the undersized water heater, but basically told us that he couldn’t do anything about the pressure. We were a group of 6, and there were other issues, so my wife and her sister, again, spoke to the front desk. This time they agreed to move us to a better unit. Villa 10. It was much better. Overall is was definitely satisfactory. The buffet food with the all inclusive package was good. In fact the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. The dining room staff worked so hard to make sure that all guests were fed well and on time. Again, I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful staff. Despite the facilities being dated, and problems at Villa 13, it was overall a pretty good stay.

Food was terrible everyday. All towels are picked up by 9 am & aren’t returned til afternoon, so you can’t bathe until they bring them back! Only 1 restaurant & 1 buffet, & 1 tiny bar inside the hotel. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Never again!

The food was surprisingly very good and the highlight of the stay, The hotel itself has seen better days (dirty floors, mold on lamps, broken wall plugs) another downside was the service of the staff as we had to ask for 2 days for new sets of towels before they finally brought them.

The property is safe, clean, and the beds are nice. The food was okay but the variety could have been a bit better. Mostly it was the same every day...not terrible, but then not "to die for"... If don't enjoy small children be warned if school is out there will be quite a few.

The wait staff and hotel workers are absolutely the best! They go above and beyond to make you feel important. Now for the food in the main dining area... absolutely terrible! Quality, POOR, options, POOR, taste, POOR and choices, POOR. We basically went out to eat every night!
