「From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. It was my first visit. I’ll definitely be back.」

「This hotel has been refurbished and is looking much better than before. Beds are comfy, suite was spacious, and our dog was welcome. Dee at the front desk was exceptional! Breakfast could use some more protein, but it was decent. Pool was a bit chilly, but clean. Lots of grass to walk my dog in with a quick exit to the back from the elevator. If you need a clean, safe, quiet place to stay with your kids and dog, you'll be pleased!」

「The bed was comfy but the TV didn’t work. There was a dead bug stuck to the bulletin board behind a piece of paper with hotel information. Not a huge deal, especially since we didn’t see it until we were packing up to leave.」

「Stains on the comforter and bathroom. Beware: the picture of the building on the site is not where they tried to put me...it was more like a rundown motel so I left. Thankfully, I found a room elsewhere that night.」

「Room was comfortable, guest Wi-Fi account worked the first day, but could not connect the next three days. The refrigerator didn't stay cold...food did not stay cold. Shower curtains were dirty, mold around the tub and no water pressure.」

「The hotel is very beautiful, and the check‑in process was fairly quick. However, the room did not meet expectations: there was a lot of mold in the shower, dirty stains on the floor, and the windows were extremely dirty. The cleanliness of the room needs urgent improvement.」
