Wonderful beach adjacent stay

Updated, comfortable, and well stocked town home right across the street from the beach! Nice view of the beach, easy walk to the public access. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Stay in Amelia Island

The property is updated and clean. The location is centrally located and super quick to the beach. The only note is that the 2nd Queen Bedroom is located close to the street, so light and street noise are a concern for light sleepers.

Overall good

Overall the house is as advertised. The main bedroom is downstairs as well as the bunk room. The downstairs can feel a little dark if you dont keep lights on. The second floor room can double as a master as well but with a shared bathroom. Kitchen and living area are fantastic. Beach access is very convenient and easy. It would have been perfect but we lost use of access 19 half way through the week due to a beach rejuvenation project so we had to drive to access 13 because it was the closest open access with parking. We asked for a late checkout since the unit was going to be empty for 48 hrs until the next guest but was not given due to "tight cleaner schedule" so be prepared to use your last night packing versus anything else. I would recommend Dolphin tours of Jekyll Island if you want a break from the beach. Crab hunting at night is always fun and Sliders was good too. Property is pretty conveniently located within 10 min of anything you need.
