We had a great stay! Condo provides plenty of space for a small family. Well stocked with basic necessities, kitchen supplies, linen/pillows, and some beach supplies. Pretty easy 10-15 min walk to beach along the sidewalk. Check-in process seamless and ran into no issues. The pool code received must have been old but the updated one was posted on the fridge. Large balcony with tables/chairs overlooks the big very warm pool. Never felt crowded at beach nor pool, had the pool to ourselves a few times. Overall great place to stay.

had a great stay! This place was super clean!! There is a sliding glass door in the living room and dining room where you can see the pool and a lot of woods. A great place for your morning coffee or a glass of wine! I had a question and the host was very quick to respond.

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was very comfortable, and convenient to the beach and several restaurants. It was well equipped for simple cooking, and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and trees while reading, talking, or just relaxing.

Always a good stay at Amelia Landings

We enjoyed our stay in Tommy's clean and well-sited condo on Amelia Island. The location is good and love the access to beach, trail, and town. Tommy is a great host and makes sure that we feel comfortable and at home, even while on vacation. This was our second year staying here which reflects how much we like it.
