Very convenient transportation wise. Trains services, mrt, buses all very easy to get , super cheap shopping for batik and ladies clothings at famous Thamrin City Mall . Also nearby Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia mall ,Sarinah mall. Thank you very much to the lady manager mdm Aryati for her services and directions during our 6 nights stay .The staff were all very polite and couteous and helpful to try their best to accomodate our requests and inquiries especially madam Aryati. Will be an ideal place if not for the lack of availibility of room safety box and no safety latch in room

Geen goede keuze dus.

Het gordijn belemmert de uitzicht naar buiten. De kamer 2 dagen niet schoongemaakt vooral de toilet. Er zijn ratten in het plavond.

Great location but the road around hotel is getti

I used to stay here in 2018 if our company was doing a project in Jakarta. Never complaint because it is cheap and strategically located and also near BNI CITY STATION so we can catch airport train. But unfortunately, the road to go to hotel is a bit confusing, many the traffic engineering makes the way to go to hotel further away.

During my stay: Elevator: Wasn’t working. Room: Towel was not available, TV cable only one channel(others weren’t working), phone wasn’t work well and an internet on/off. Staff: Please train them on how to talk to the guests. One of security guard was asked me for a cigarette.

bed sheet was horrible with lots of hairs and dusts on it, means not washed for a ling while. there were some spiders and insects in the both bedroom and bathroom. Front staff are not professional. Not enough power on air conditioners whole building.

The bed sheet was dirty.

Cleanness is the most important thing for staying. When checked in, the card did not work right, then we have to waited for a while until the guy found the new one. The bed sheet was very dirty, like had been used by previous guest. We asked them to change but they only changed the sheet and pillow case, while bed cover stay same. Checked the bath room, no towel there. We asked then. My time for resting was distracted by waiting for the amenities. The ambiance also was very bad. The only one good thing is the location was very strategic. In center of the city. You only need 5 mins walk to station, 5 mins walk to Grand Indonesia, there is Transjakarta nearby.

All the room were full of insect and cockroaches, air conditioning not working, safe also, not windows, staff very nooses during early morning, i had to shout at them 4 times and still they were just laughing, worst place i never stay.

Okay apart from breakfast

Location: decent with public transport nearby & the malls within walking distance. Room: pretty comfortable, not overly clean but acceptable for the price paid. Reception service: fine, no problems there. Breakfast: awful - I feel it is a combination of this hotel not having many foreign visitors stay there, together with hardly any guests booking breakfast there. I asked for a cup to put coffee in & was given one with a grunt from the staff: thanks for the service.....also the buffet itself had hardly any choices (you could have anything you want as long as it is fried rice or fried noodles essentially).

lokasi hotel prime sayang hotelnya tdk terawat

kamar mandi hotel tidak bersih dan bau kotoran manusia (bau dari tempat penampungan kotoran tersebut). Jorok banget baunya sampai masuk kamar tidur, lift jg goyang2 hanya takut kabelnya putus, dan tempat parkir mobil kurang besar agak sulit jika banyak kendaraan/mobil2.

Great location for shopping, very central.

Breakfast was poor, not many choices. Location is great, near Grand Indonesia mall n Plaza. Aircon is slow. Floor need to refurbish. cable tv has many channels. Free wifi. Quite strict on room check outs timing.

Use honest photos and descriptions

I still don't get it why hotels post dishonest photos. So basically you look at the room photos and read the descriptions and decided to book it. But when you get there you will find out that they have shown you something but they sell you something else.
