“The bath room is tiny; both the shower and the sink”

“There was no hot water!”

“Terrible stay! We checked out the next day. I simply cannot believe that this hotel is considered a four star hotel on Expedia. The room that my son and I were booked at looks like it has not been mortal since the 1990s furniture was broken down. There was a shock hazard/electrical wire hanging out from underneath the AC. The patio door does not lock at all. There were ants on the bed and a fly in the toilet, the door handle to the bathroom door was sticky. I honestly don’t know where to start……

“The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean.”

“Room was filthy and had a strong smell of mildew/mold. The abundance of roach sightings made us uncomfortable to even bring our bags inside. Tried to save a few dollars on a hotel room. Learned my lesson…”

“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“This property is under new management and you can tell by all the recent 5 star reviews. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Such a variety of foods to include eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal and more. There was a bigger variety on the weekend, than the weekday, but still a big assortment. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the parking lot needs……
