“We loved our stay at this historic home! The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The owners were welcoming and ensured we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return. One minor issue is that one of the beds listed as a queen was a double, but this minor blip did not take away from our enjoyment of the property! Thank you for your hospitality.”

“Quiet and comfortable, with everything you might need easily available (plenty of towels, blankets, etc; also soap, toilet paper, paper towel). We used this as a base for visiting Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. It worked perfectly. In the evenings, we saw deer, turkeys, and many squirrels. Fireflies too! It was a lovely mini-vacation for our family. Everyone enjoyed the variety of books and old National Geographic magazines in the evening. Wonderful!”

“The nursery was great. The kitchen was well appointed. Did not care for the pans with removable handles. More comfortable living room seating would be nice. But overall a lovely home.”

Xiang is very thoughtful about providing for the needs of a large family in the home including a well stocked kitchen with lots of small appliances, plenty of towels and linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap and more. The house is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider renting in the future.”
