「The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. 「Room 30 was poor, shower antiquated, room small. Furniture dated and some pieces broken. Breakfast ok, staff lovely. Swimming pool first class. Dinner disappointing, my husband ordered lamb curry, I ordered chicken curry. He had lamb shank with a curry sauce. I had a dried out piece of chicken breast with same sauce. Location is good, 10 mins walk to shops. 15 mins to liberation statue」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「Excellent location facility’s and food. So convenient for the town centre and travel links. Best location in St Helier. Had to wait longer than would like for service in the terrace bar but food and cocktails were great once finally served. 」

「Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.」
