「The staff were very helpful, the rooms have were spotless, the spa was lovely. We had a room with a balcony with a view across the town to the bay & it was really nice, the relaxing jacuzzi pool was my personal favourite. The hotel is a short 15minute walk into St Helier town centre or there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. All round the hotel is a winner, would come again.」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「Lovely hotel in a great situation directly on the main coast road but quiet at night. Wonderful breakfast choice, friendly staff, really great food in the Tassili restaurant, very clean throughout. Good lighting in the bathroom with magnifying mirror, always good. Comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe/drawer space for clothes, also really great to have a movable mirror in the bedroom along with big mirrors in the wardrobes.」

「A very nice hotel and convientley located for Public transport. Nice to have indoor and outdoor swimming pools available. Breakfast options were very good and easy to serve yourself at the buffet. Staff were very helpful and professional. A great stay.」
