「Email sent after I requested info on checkin saying we were on our way-telling us we needed to bring towels. Someone working on shower when we arrived and did not get it fixed. Not enough amenities for number of people it says accommodates. Photos online must have been taken a few years ago-interior is well used.」

「Everything about this hotel is 5 stars. The staff are always amazing. Check in and check out is streamlined. The coffee in the room is tasty. The ac and heat are super quiet, easy to use and works in seconds. Its never crowded or loud. Its located in a safe and quiet part of the city with underground parking. I always feel safe leaving my car there. Theres an oeb right next door to the hotel which has the best breakfast. The tv in the room connects easily to chrome cast so its easy to watch...

Anything you needed food/ amenities wise was only a short drive away, or you could easily Skip/ Instacart it if you don’t want to leave the room. The shower was incredible! Like a real spa experience. Bed was so comfortable.. we had an excellent sleep both nights. We would definitely return here :)」
