“ceiling has water damage and big chunks of paint peeling. jetted tub not washed properly water coming out of jetts was black and smelt of mold. hole in carpet. cabinet door hanging, not shutting properly”

“Don’t let the name of the hotel throw you off — we would give the Marv Herzog Hotel six stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. David at check-in was friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, which made the start of our stay easy and enjoyable. The room was quite large and very comfortable. It’s not fancy, but it is clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The covered parking at no charge is also a nice bonus. We went down for the 5 PM drinks……

“For the price, this was an excellent place to stay!!! It was close to everything, which made it easy to go back to motel as needed throughout the day. We had trouble with our heater, but it was fixed while we were out. Staff was extra nice! Room was extra big, with a very large bathroom. Only little complaint was that bathroom floor stayed wet most of the day after using the walk-in shower... Which made floor a little slippery after shower! Breakfast was nothing special. We would definitely……

“Shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty, ice machine didn’t work, fitness room was shut down, pool was over flowing. Then to keep my same room for second night I had To give up some of what I had paid for a bigger room. ”

“Water pressure is nonexistent and water temperature is cold. Lucky if you can get a luke warm shower in. Layout and area feels unsafe Wouldn’t advise staying with family, or staying more than one night. ”

“I normally have a good weekend and have no issues with your rooms but this past day, I was in room 108. The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table. It kept flickering on and off on and off continuous, and they just kept wanting to change the bulb and I told him multiple times.
