The staff is very helpful, he helped us grab luggages to storeroom when we came early.
And we appreciated how they take care of our shoes when we leave the hotel and back.
The room was the most Japanese style ever for all hotels we stayed during the trip. I love the water streaming decoration outside bedroom, it made me calm and relax.
The hot spring was unbeatable, the only regret was I was too late to book the outdoor ones.
