"The room was excellent. A few hoops to jump thru at the start, but it was worth it in the end. There’s a lot of dust in certain areas that the cleaner can’t see - microwave vents, above the fridge. It’s a bit nasty but otherwise still an excellent experience. Would stay again. "

They kept asking us if we need anything on a daily basis to ensure that we got the best customer service ever. Overall. This property and these hosts are incredibly recommended "

"Double charged for the condo. Still waiting for the credit 3 weeks later...Bath towel bar was held together by packing tape, window in one of the rooms was removed and replaced with cardboard. Unsafe. Kitchen cupboards were peeling off. I understand repairs need time to complete but not a "luxurious condo""

"After a long journey, I was hoping for a good night’s sleep but this condo was a nightmare. The three nights I booked were awful. The bed slats were broken, causing the bed mattress to dip and slant to one side. This made it impossible to sleep. The curtains didn’t cover the entire window and the top part of the window let lots of light come in. The bedroom window did not close properly and the -13 wind chill blew in making the bedroom very cold. The owner didn’t provide simple instructions. I needed the WiFi password, and had no data but was forced to ask for it. The key had a fob to use the lift and open the downstairs main door and I wasn’t aware because the owner failed to provide any information. A simple ask for the key box code involved 2-3 messages back and forth. I am from overseas and did message him for information. I’m really not sure about the previous ratings rating but thankfully I have a full refund. Best to book elsewhere. "

"The exterior & grounds of a very extensive development were impressive as was the lobby, hallways & elevator lobbies.The location was convenient for our needs. However, the condo unit is dated with very old appliances & very basic cheap furniture except for the Sony TV. Also the linen, towels & bedding are very low-end & cheap. Not recommended or worth the $$$!"
