"I stayed quite a few days here, the Eiwa stations are just crossing the street, it was really easy to use as starting point to commute to other transport main lines. Breakfast was really good, employees kind and helpful, they had no issue in communicating through translator which was a good thing as a non Japanese speaker. "Location is ideal for us, not too close to the busy Dotonbori area but within walking distance. It is beside the OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal?), which is connected to the underground train stations. On a rainy day, it is convenient to use the underground that leads to Namba Station and also to Dotonbori area. There is 7/11 inside the building (4th floor), almost for exclusive use of hotel guests only. Amenities and supplies are left at your door on a daily basis and room cleaning is done on the 3rd only. Big screen TV with free VOD is nice to have when you’re still jet lagged."
