"Wow! L'hôtel emblématique d'Almaty ne nous a vraiment pas déçu! Idéalement situé, énorme buffet déjeuner qui répondra à toutes les attentes, grand, propre, vue incroyable sur les montagnes! C'est une expérience en soi! Avez-vous vraiment visité Almaty si vous n'avez pas séjourné à l'hôtel Kazakhstan?"

"Nice updated hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, the service was excellent. The rooms are very nice, although the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, especially in the morning when it was likely under strain from many guests at once. The main challenge is that the wifi in the rooms is shockingly problematic, I haven't had such issues at any hotel in years - and this was after they moved my room because the first room wifi was basically non-functional - but still the wifi only works very well in the lobby. The quality of the breakfast food is good, but the variety of options could be improved."
