「The hotel is nice overall — good bed, solid infrastructure and a beautiful building, although a bit old. For skiing, it’s a convenient option, located about 15 minutes from the slopes, and the free parking is a plus. However, the friendliness and courtesy of the staff are quite low, so don’t expect warm service. Still, it’s a decent stay and works well if your main goal is skiing.」

「Enjoyed the comfortable be and very good breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Two problems, indoor pool could only be used by paying spa guests and that information was not clear in the description of the hotel. Also our window was completely blocked by a building that was less than one meter away. No view or natural light.」

「In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more...
