「We absolutely loved this property and the views. Nothing beats the view. Felt secluded and private and the onsite hosts were very nice . Large home and huge windows to look out at ocean. Saw lots of turtles and spinner dolphins out front. Beautiful sunrises. Hope to be back again. Mahalo.」

「Our stay was good, overall. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped to make family meals. The pool was perfect in every way. When we arrived, there was hair on the bottom of the fridge and a spill of something red and pungent (chili dauce?) in one of the drawers. There was also a lot of debris in the back of the fridge. Also found a warm, but sealed Tillamok cheese stick on the floor. There was also a lots of dust on the knife block, so I wasn't...

「The house worked well. A nice base for exploring Hilo side of island. We particularly like the large porch. We enjoyed watching the feral chickens in the yard and hearing the sounds of nature in the evening. The roosters do crow very early but we went to bed early so it didn't bother us.」

「We only stayed for 3 nights, but Karla's place was in the perfect location for exploring the East Coast of the Big Island and Volcanoes National Park. Karla met us when we arrived and introduced us to her cottage. Her pride of ownership shows both in talking with her and also in all the little things about the cottage that made staying here very convenient and comfortable. She has a notebook that she prepared with menus and descriptions of all the local restaurants, locations of grocery stores,...
