「One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

「This was a terrible experience and a scam! We had a confirmed booking 6 months in advance, but the host never sent access details. The host claimed he never received payment and wanted me to send him another payment to his account, or a receipt showing payment to his account. Well, that is not how it's supposed to work. 「This location is next to a stagnated open drainage, full of mosquitoes even with aircon.there is a very bad sting. The place is not suitable for holiday stay, unclean full of cockroaches, ants and geckos.Toilets are not in good condition, the master bedroom one is in very poor state with drainage issues.Very old property not maintained well. 「The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.」
